The service was lovely. The staff provided such a friendly welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean. This. I especially liked the daily cleaning service. The food included a great variety of dishes. This made the meals enjoyable.

the room had shampoo conditioner and shower gel the daily restocking of tea coffee and fresh water was appreciated. i stayed in a sea view room with a balcony it had a wonderful view. friendly housekeepers kept the room super clean. fresh towels were available every day.

the pool was not quite big enough an additional quiet pool would improve the experience.

the rooms have comfortable beds and fresh towels daily i also had a beautiful sea view from the balcony the food was excellent with so much variety and tasty options at each meal there was also freshly cooked fish steaks and burgers the bars had friendly waiters who could not do enough for us. the location was great for shopping and sightseeing it was also close to the airport

i found the air conditioning unit was a little noisy during one night this did disrupt my sleep slightly the hotel should address this issue to improve guest comfort

I have just returned from my fourth visit and i was not disappointed. the staff are polite and helpful. the rooms were kept clean and fresh. pool and beach waiters kept me refreshed throughout the day. They are a great team, working hard.

nothing was labelled properly, so i was unsure what most of the dishes and pastries were.

i really liked the hotel layout. there are different pools available for swimming and relaxation. the snack bar offered good options and service. i found the rooms were very comfortable and clean with all necessary equipment available, that was so good!

the security personnel included two men who displayed arrogance and a lack of respectful communication with customers.
